How do I open a strip?
Hold both ends and pull. The liner is pre-cut down the centre, so it splits as you pull — no picking at an edge in the dark.
What’s it made of?
A rayon nonwoven backing, a skin-safe pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a silicone release liner. Latex-free and fragrance-free.
Who shouldn’t use it?
Anyone under 18. Anyone who can’t breathe comfortably through their nose, or has a blocked nose or congestion. Don’t use it after alcohol or sedatives. And see a doctor before using mouth tape if you snore loudly most nights; gasp, choke or stop breathing in your sleep; wake up exhausted; or have or suspect sleep apnea.
Does mouth tape help with snoring?
