Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Currently the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm ET are processed the next business day.
Delivery
Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO may take longer.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control.
Cost
Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If it is incorrect, email us immediately — we can usually fix it before dispatch. Once shipped we cannot redirect, and packages returned as undeliverable are refunded less shipping.
