These terms govern your use of flexacareus.com and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to purchase. Our products are intended for adults only.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and will refund you in full if we do.
4. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already accepted. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.
5. Shipping and returns
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Product information
We work to describe products accurately, but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Colours may vary between screens.
7. Health disclaimer
Our products are general wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on the site is medical advice. Read our Medical Disclaimer before use. You are responsible for reading the instructions and contraindications supplied with the product.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it, or submit false reviews or misleading content.
9. Reviews and submissions
By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your honest experience and that you have disclosed any incentive received. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful or off-topic. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.

All site content, the Flexacare name, and our logos belong to Flexonix Ventures LLC and may not be used without written permission.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Orders are governed by the terms in force when placed.
