Our standard
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This covers keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, text contrast, and clear form labelling.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-off task. We test regularly and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party content — embedded widgets, payment components — may not fully meet our standard, and we work with those providers to improve it.
