Shipping

Orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way.

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $40.
• Standard U.S. delivery usually lands in three to five business days.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Our 30-night guarantee

Sleep is personal, and one night is rarely enough to tell. So take a full month with Flexacare. If your nights have not improved, email support@flexacare.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full, even if the pack is already open.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a line about what did not work for you. That second part is optional, but it genuinely helps us build a better strip. We will reply with next steps within one business day.

Damaged or missing orders

If your pack arrives damaged, or the tracking says delivered and nothing turned up, email us within 14 days and we will replace it. No need to send anything back.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as quickly as you can. If your order has not been picked and packed yet, we can still change the color, update your address, or cancel it outright.
